Thank you, Rhea!

I haven't mentioned it much in here but I have an addicting fashion hobby which started from the virtual fashion dress-up site called Fashmatch. I accidentally discovered this site while I was looking for some Facebook application and thought it was interesting so I gave it a try. Boy, did I get addicted and I even got a few friends hooked on it! Hahaha!

Aside from being fun, the site brought out the creative (in the fashion sense, anyway) side in us without having to spend a single dime and we made some friends through the site, not personally but at least we had a common denominator when it comes to fashion. But for some reason the site closed down just when we were really having fun. Fortunately, someone introduced a similar site they discovered, Polyvore, and another set up a group for all of us from Fashmatch so we could continue what we loved doing.

And among my Fashmatch contacts, rhedesign (or Rhea), is one of the contacts who would almost regularly check out my sets, give comments or even add them to her favorites. And because of her great style I usually do the same with her sets. We never really interacted personally other than through our sets and I thought it was nice enough just having her as a regular contact in Poly.

Then today, I read a message from her that she made a set for me as a way of thanking me for my comments and favorites from her sets! I was surprised, but in a nice way, because it was unexpected and it's the first time someone did this for me in Polyvore. I find it really touching to know that someone would take time and make an effort to do something like that for me just to show her appreciation. So sweet, so thoughtful. Thank you very much, Rhea! :)

Oh, here's the set she made for me:
